Practice Policy

Whether it is your first time performing/competing or your 10th time, let PoleFit Carolinas LLC help you take the stage.

Competitors & Performers Practices

Depending on the demand, we will add specialty practice times to the schedule for exotic dancers, competitors, or showcase performers looking to work on routines. During these times, performers are welcome to attend with headphones to practice their routines. All performers are welcome to connect to the radio and do at least one run-through of their performance in their stage outfit to test it out in the comfort of a studio and work out any final details before performing in front of an audience. Since exotic costumes are welcome, you must be over 18 to attend a practice, and we will need to see your photo ID.

These practice times are not included in memberships, but members are able to purchase practice sessions at a discounted rate if they want more time beyond what is included in their memberships. Contact the studio with any questions.

When booking, each performer will be guaranteed two poles if needed so you can run through your entire routine without interruptions. During the first half of practice, all competitors will practice with headphones on. In the last portion of practice, we will provide routine run-throughs with group and instructor feedback at the end of each performance upon request.

With enough interest, we will add pop-up practices to the schedule.

Practice Time Pricing

• $30 for 1 session
• $120 for a 5 Class Pass
• $220 for a 10 Class Pass
• $350 for a 20 Class Pass

• If practice times are desired outside of the class schedule, you may schedule this through any of the instructors. The charge to accommodate your specific request is $155 per hour as a studio rental fee for non-members. This can be a shared cost among all performers attending the practice.
• Open pole practice times are still available for performers. Attending open pole practice, performers must practice routines with headphones. One pole per performer or you can share if the class is full. We ask that all performers be respectful of other students, whether they are competing or not. For respect for others attending, instructors will not play your music on the speakers for you to do a run-through of your routine. Please book a performer practice time if you desire two poles and time to do a full run-through.

Dress Rehearsal

• Non-members who are competing can use their package for a guaranteed spot in our dress rehearsal. Plus, you will earn one free guest pass to bring a friend or family member who can't make it to the competition.
• Dress rehearsals are held the Sunday before the upcoming competition.
• We will run the dress rehearsal in the same order you will be competing in.
• During dress rehearsal, competitors will perform in front of a live audience and will receive feedback from a mock judging panel.

Private Lessons

If you would like assistance choreographing or cleaning up your routine, we encourage you to reach out to your favorite instructor for help. All instructors have a competitor pricing structure that can be provided upon request. Discounts on packages are also available. These private lessons are scheduled at times convenient for you.
