Party FAQs


WHO IS WELCOME TO ATTEND A PARTY?

EVERYONE! We support and encourage everyone to join you on your special day. We foster a welcoming environment in which everyone is made to feel comfortable. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian with a photo ID.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Shorts are recommended, but you may wear any workout clothing you feel comfortable in. Some examples of acceptable pole-wear include: sports bras, tank tops, t-shirts, shorts and capri-style yoga pants. Keep in mind, the more leg and arm skin that you have exposed to the pole, the better your grip will be! Lingerie is welcome, as long as all attendees are 21+. Parties are typically done barefoot and heels are welcome for photos at the end. For safety, no jewelry or lotion is allowed.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

ALL party packages include a 1-hour pole dance lesson. You can expect to learn spins, sensual movements, and floorwork that will be put together in a fun and easy-to-follow routine at the end. Our 2 & 3-hour party packages come with additional add-ons that you may choose from.

IS THERE AN AGE OR WEIGHT LIMIT?

No! Everyone can party safely in our studios.

HOW DO I BOOK?

We book our parties over the phone. Call us at (704) 895-7606. We are always happy to help you choose a party package, studio location, add-ons, date, and a time.

WHEN DO I PAY?

A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking to lock down your day and time. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled event and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Please note, we only take payments from the party host and cannot take multiple separate payments from party attendees. If your payment does not go through, we can no longer guarantee your reservation.

Please note - Should you call us to book a party within 7 days of your intended date, the entire balance will be due in full to reserve your spot. Parties booking within 72 hours (3 days) of the event will also be charged a $50 “short notice fee,” if we are able to accommodate the request.

WHAT IF I HAVE LESS ATTENDEES AND WOULD LIKE A LARGER PARTY PACKAGE?

That is no problem! You are welcome to book any party package regardless of how small your group is - you will only need to pay the minimum amount for that package. Example: You only have 8 attendees, and you would like to book the 2-hour party package which covers 10 to 15. You will be required to pay for 10 people at $35 each, which will come to $350 total.

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE ATTENDEES THAN I PAID FOR?

When we do our final headcount, we will run the card on file for the additional guests. ALL attendees are required to fill out a waiver and are counted in the headcount, even if they do not plan on participating - this includes late arrivals. If you plan to have 20 or more guests, please let us know in advance so we can secure a second instructor for the party. If you have 20 or more guests arrive without alerting us beforehand and we are unable to find a second instructor, your extra guest(s) may be asked to leave.

WILL I HAVE TO SHARE A POLE?

It depends on the size of your group! Our Huntersville studio has a total of 12 poles, while our Mooresville studio has 8 poles. Please note that during your party, the studio will be reserved exclusively for you and your guests. However, if you are planning to have a large group, it may be necessary to share poles. To ensure that everyone enjoys the complete and immersive experience, we recommend booking one of our longer packages. Additionally, for groups exceeding 20 attendees, we will provide an additional instructor to maintain an optimal experience for everyone.

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE FOR THE PARTY?

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your party for check-in and to set up. When you reserve a party with us, you are paying for a block of time. Should you arrive late, your party will still end at its scheduled end time. If the studio and your instructor are available, you are welcome to add more time for $25 per 15 minutes added.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE? DO I GET A REFUND?

We have a strict NO REFUND policy. Please understand that once you have booked an appointment with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you and will turn away others interested in your time slot.

Should you need to reschedule due to illness or injury, please call us. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Parties canceled 7 or more days before the event will be given a studio credit for the full amount paid.

Parties canceled 3-6 days prior to the event will forfeit their deposit and will receive a studio credit for the remainder of the amount paid. Any “studio credit” given will be valid for 3 months, beginning on the date of the cancellation, and may be used towards any of our services. Parties canceled within 2 days of the event will forfeit all monies paid.
