WHO IS WELCOME TO ATTEND CLASSES?

EVERYONE! We support and encourage everyone to make pole fitness their workout routine. We foster a welcoming environment where everyone is made to feel comfortable.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Shorts are recommended, but you may wear any workout clothes you feel comfortable. A sports bra, tank, t-shirt, yoga pants. The more leg an arm exposed to the pole, the better the grip! Classes are usually done barefoot unless the class indicates heels required. No jewelry, no lotion allowed.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON MY FIRST DAY?

When you book your first class, you will get a confirmation email from us with information about class policy, what to wear, parking details, and more. Once you arrive, you'll be welcomed at the door and signed into class and then the fun begins.

BESIDES SPECIAL DEALS WHAT OTHER DISCOUNTS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer discounts on memberships for military, law enforcement, and college students. Proof of identification is required.

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE FOR CLASS?

You must arrive 10 min. prior to class start time due to Covid procedures. There will no admittance once class has started. This is for your safety as missing any part of the warm-up could cause injury.
