Intro to Pole – Pole Virgins
This is the start of your pole journey. After the warm-up, you will learn basic spins, sexy dance transitions, and floor work. By the end of class, you will have learned an entire routine! Learn at your own pace and take this class as often as you like.
Pole – I (Basics & Sequences)
In this class, you will receive your first “achievement card”. These cards help you keep track of what you are learning. This class introduces more spins and floor work and introduces combo spins and moves.
Pole – 2 (Sequences & Choreo)
After mastering all Level 1 moves, you are ready to move into Level 2! You’ll take your spins, floor work, dance transitions, and pole moves to the next level in this class. You will learn push-pull grip, lifted spins, pole poses, and the basics of climbing and inverting.
Pole – 1 & 2 (Combo Class)
This class will start with a warm-up and will have a curriculum that is appropriate for Level 1 wanting to Level UP to 2 and for Level 2 wanting to level up into Level 3.
Pole – 3 (Moves & Combos)
Now that you have mastered level 2, your upper body and core are ready for more unique combos. All beginner level 3 students will begin by working on aerial inverts and inverted poses that require 3 points of contact on the pole (For example: inside and outside leg hangs). After completing your level 3 achievement card, you will be given a 3+ achievement card - This card will include inverted moves that only require 2 points of contact.
Pole – 4 (Adv Skills)
Now you are ready for more controlled moves, power spins, and 2 or 1-point-of-contact combos! Level 4 focuses on fluidity and endurance. Examples of moves taught include handsprings, drops, and flips onto and off the pole. This is an advanced class with several moves that require flexibility and power. Because of this, our higher-level instructors take turns teaching this class so that you may experience all of their different advanced skills and styles.
Pole Level 2/3 Combo
Whether you are brand new to level 2/3 or are ready to test out of these levels, this class is for you! Each class will be specifically tailored to the skill level of attending students. For example: One half of the class may be learning their basic invert while the other half is working on shoulder mount.
Tantalizing Tease (Level 1)
Tantalizing Tease & Sultry Movement is a beginner-friendly class for all students that have taken at least 1 Intro to Pole class. This routine-based class focuses on sensual movement, fun choreography, and bringing out the "SEXY" in you! Routines may include dance, pole work, floor moves, and lots of great music!
Spin Pole Mania (Lev 2+)
This class introduces how to successfully pole on a spinning pole. You will learn control, fluidity, poses, transitions and more. You MUST have a solid climb. You MUST have a solid basic invert to attend this class.
Pole Transitions (Lev 3+)
This class will focus on a variety of ways to get into and out of moves. Our instructor will not only “show” you, but will “teach you” how to recognize your body’s placement for a continuous flow from one move to another. Must have a SOLID INVERT AND CLIMB TO TOP.
Climb & Invert Training & Cond (Lev 2+)
This class is focused on perfecting your climbing and inverting skills. Regardless of where you are with these skills, you will get conditioning work to get you to the next level of climbing and inverting and will be taught the progression of each level of climbs/inverts.
Open Pole Practice
Need more time to practice what you learned in class? This is the class for you. The instructor will assist with perfecting your moves and earning more sign-offs on your achievement cards.
Pole-o-Graphy (Lev 1+)
This class explores all aspects of the relationship between dance, pole, choreography, movement, and more. A very creative and fun class that offers the exploration of emotion through dance routines.
Sexy Stilettos (Lev 1+)
Each class will begin with a warm-up while wearing the heels to help prepare your legs and ankles for practicing various footwork techniques. New choreography will begin every 3-4 weeks pending on how long each routine is. This choreography will range from slow and sexy to fast-paced and sassy! We will use a combination of spins, unique transitions, fun, and flowy floorwork.
Belly Dance & Pole (Lev 1)
This class combines Belly dance with the strength and grace of pole dancing. We will focus on a combination of fluid, snake-like movements as well as pops, locks, and shimmies. Combine this with Pole and an amazing Fusion is created.
Chance to Dance (Lev 1+)
This class focuses on learning how to move your body to the music. Anything from slow and sultry, burlesque to exotic dance. Sometimes you will even learn Chair Dance Routines, with and without a pole.
RockStar Heels (Lev 2+)
Get ready for a cardio workout dance class! You will learn unique heels transitions and floorwork. You will learn musicality through heels-based choreography. While playing either rock or metal music, Katie will teach you how to move with the music “on beat” and even how and when to use “slow movement” to compliment your choreo with a faster-paced song.
Elevating Exotic Heels(Lev 2+)
Elevating Exotic Heels is an intermediate choreography class for level two students who have mastered their climb. The class combines graceful floor movements, acrobatic sequences, and split development.
Slinky n' Socks (Lev 2+)
Discover fluidity in your low-flow movement with Slinky n' Socks! In this amazing class, you will learn powerful and effortless flowing techniques using momentum. Master seamless transitions and controlled movement around the base of the pole in this choreography-focused class. Recommended for those with experience in climbing, basic inverts, and a clear understanding of level 1 and 2 spins. Perfect for Level 2 and above.
Creative Low Flow (Lev 1+)
In this class, you'll learn choreography while focusing on finding your unique style and self-expression through dance. The choreography changes every few weeks, so you'll always have something new to master. We explore a range of styles, from slow and sexy to fast-paced and sassy! Expect spins, transitions, and flowy floorwork. Requirements: Pleaser Heels or Hella Heels (socks are also okay), and have taken a few level 1 classes before joining this Level 1+ class.
Floor Flow & Fluidity (Lev 2+)
Get even sexier when this class teaches you to take your skills from the pole to the floor! Floorwork is an element that ties so many amazing pole combinations together to create a cohesive and complete body flow of movement and sensuality in your dance. It’s sexy, fun, and a great workout.
Twerk it Out! (All Levels)
Shake it like a salt shaker! Ever wanted to add twerk to your pole routine, floorwork, or everyday life, then this class is for you! Everyone will learn the twerk basics and build upon these skills to use in choreography. Be ready to break a sweat and shake your rump.
Bodacious Buns (All Levels)
Are you ready to reshape your buns, hips, and thighs? If so, then this class is for you! Bodacious Buns is super-focused on lifting, firming, and rounding your buns with strategic sculpting routines.
YOGA (All Levels)
Increase your flexibility, strength, alignment, and coordination. Students will learn to connect to their breath and movements as they flow into each pose. Lots of hands-on instruction to ensure proper alignment in this class. Bring a yoga mat!
Stretch for Flex (All levels)
You’ve worked hard in your other classes… but let’s not forget to stretch those muscles. This class will increase flexibility and help to prevent injury while allowing your body to recover and become ber.
Acro & Balance Basics (All levels)
You will learn many gymnastic moves that will enhance your pole experience and up your game! The goal is to help you to execute handstands, forearm stands, headstands, forward and backward rolls safely. Hand Balancing techniques at its finest.
Acro 2 (Adv Skills)
Have you mastered your handstand, one arm cartwheel, and bridge? Then this class is for you! We will focus on walkovers, handsprings, and aerials with a spot. Extra drills and strength/flexibility training will help round out the class so that you see improvements each class!
Ballet Barre (All levels)
Ballet is the core fundamental for all dance. This conditioning class uses ballet barres with ballet dance and techniques to build overall strength, balance and flexibility in a safe, low impact way.
Chair-lesque (ALL Level)
This class will incorporate classic burlesque (strip tease technique), and chair dance moves to spice up your workout while you get in touch with your sensual side.
Dare to Chair (Lv 2)
Each class will begin with some conditioning that will help students build their strength, find their balance on the chair, and expand the level of comfort they have with different shapes while on the chair.
Chair-O-Graphy (ALL Level)
Come explore the Art of Chair Dance! Enjoy learning sassy, sexy, flirty, and daring routines with this versatile prop - the chair. Multiple dance styles are incorporated, and no experience is necessary. Come in ready to unleash the wonderful you and have fun, all while getting a great workout.
Strength & Conditioning (ALL Level)
This class will not only build, flex, and tone your muscles, but will also burn calories. Taking this class regularly will assist with obtaining a stronger body, injury prevention, as well as decreasing fatigue when performing free dances. This class will introduce you to proper fitness and training techniques, as well as build a strong exercise foundation on and off the pole.
